Contacting the offices: quick answers

Evolutionary Eye Care has three offices: Downtown Houston, Webster and Sugar Land. To request an appointment, use the booking option on this page or call the office you prefer, and confirm the date, service and location with the office. Not every service is necessarily offered at every office. The contact form is for non-urgent questions. Sudden vision loss, severe eye pain or a serious eye injury needs prompt medical attention; do not wait for an online form or a routine appointment.

Call: Sugar Land (281) 545-4901; Webster (281) 338-1919; Downtown Houston (713) 658-8301.
